Are the booster boxes factory sealed?
Yes. All booster boxes and cases are factory sealed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If a product says "No Shrink" this means the product will come without the factory seal.
Why buy Japanese trading cards instead of English?
Japanese cards are often released earlier, have superior print quality, and can include exclusive promos and special rarities not available in English sets.

How many packs are in a booster box?
This depends on the set. Our product information will display this. Most Pokemon Boxes are 30 packs, 20 packs or 10 packs depending on the booster box type.
One Piece and Dragon Ball are 24 packs per booster box.
How many boxes are in a sealed case?
A sealed case typically contains 12 booster boxes, though this may vary depending on the product.
High class box cases will have 20 booster boxes.
Do you sell limited or special edition boxes?

Why do prices change frequently?

It's also important to note that exchange prices for the Japanese Yen changes all the time and our prices need to reflect this.

No, prices are only locked in after you have completed payment and we have received your funds. All prices are subject to change until you have made payment due to frequent prices changes.
Can I request a quote for large orders?

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide using trusted courier services such as DHL and FedEx. There is only a few countries that we do not ship to for logistical reasons.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the destination country. Most international shipments arrive within 3–7 business days once dispatched.
On a normal day our customers receive their orders in 2 business days directly from Japan.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. All shipments include full tracking information. Our providers will also require photo proof of delivery for their and our safety to confirm delivery has been made.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the weight, destination, and courier service used. Shipping estimates are calculated at checkout. The estimate is usually spot on unless you are in a remote area, in this case your shipping will be higher.
Are shipments insured?
Yes. We ensure that shipments are properly packed and covered according to courier policies.
We do not cover shipments after they have been taken out of the box unless you have video evidence. Our shipping rooms are fitted with video recording and we video each of our products being packaged so if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve any issues immediately.
Will I need to pay import taxes?
Import duties and taxes depend on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Do you handle customs declarations?
Yes. All shipments include the correct customs documentation required for international shipping.
Can you undervalue shipments to avoid tax?

When do pre-orders ship?
Pre-orders ship once the product is released and available from our suppliers. If you have purchased on a specific date slot, then this will be shipped on that day.
Are pre-orders guaranteed?
Pre-orders are allocated based on supplier availability. In rare cases where supply is reduced, orders may be adjusted or refunded.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of payment options including bank transfer, Wise, and other supported payment methods.
All payments must be cleared into our accounts before we send our your shipments. This is why we advise customers to use Wise or E-Transfers where payments are made instantly.
Do you accept PayPal?
PayPal may be available depending on the order and region. An Additional 5% fee will be added to your final order.
