Can any customer apply?
No. Only approved wholesale accounts can apply for API access. API approval is separate and is reviewed manually. New businesses should apply for a wholesale account first.
Will it connect to my website automatically?
You’ll need a developer-built server-side connection or an importer that supports authenticated requests, pagination and scheduled updates. There is no one-click Shopify or WooCommerce plugin included. The setup guide explains the requirements.
Can I sell these products to my own customers?
Yes—you can use the catalogue data to create your own listings and set your own retail prices. You manage your customer sales and place your wholesale orders separately. Stock must be confirmed before ordering; the API does not reserve products or guarantee fulfilment.
Does the price include your commission?
No. Catalogue prices exclude our 5% commission fee. Incorporate it into your pricing along with your retail margin and any shipping, duties or taxes that apply.
How often does the catalogue update?
The API refreshes its catalogue every 15 minutes. Schedule your own integration to refresh at that interval and keep your last successful data if a request fails. Inventory can change between snapshots.
Does the API send my customers’ orders to you?
No. This is a read-only catalogue API. Ordering, payment, stock confirmation and fulfilment arrangements remain separate from the data connection.
What happens after my API request is approved?
You receive a setup email, then sign in to generate your API key. Save it in your server’s protected settings and use the setup guide with your developer. Keys are shown once and are never sent by email.
